This must be my second favorite time of year; the first one being my birthday...of course !! Watching my family gather around one or more tables exchanging, talking, laughing....in some awkward cases choking, is priceless. 

I have this funny feeling that this year will be a special one. And I truly hope it will be so for all of you as well.

Well, this is it. After a year of wandering around lost beaches, chilling with remote indian tribes and cooking up some of the craziest dishes I've ever had the chance to close my mouth on, I finally flew a little more than 10 000 km to the middle east where I started a completely new culinary expedition in Turkey. A summer spent on the coast " living the life" quickly set me up for my piece de resistance; my culinary journey to Greece and Italy for the next 2 months. As you can tell from the many pictures and the videos to come, I was treated with scenes from world renowned outdoor markets, lavish russian parties, spear fishing, street cooking, slowly roasting up wild board sausages on and active volcano and many many more...
